I have always had a deep interest in other people’s stories and struggles -
and received deep personal satisfaction when I’ve been able to help them in some way. As a child, this meant comforting other kids at summer camp. Now, it translates to coaching executives through thorny problems and helping businesses capitalize on opportunities.
My passion for helping others is what makes me such a devoted and effective coach, and what drives my clients to continuously refer me to colleagues and friends.
My guiding principle can be summed up in one phrase: Life is short.
Balance is the key to working well and living well. I strive for it, live it, and coach to it. It leads to success and well-being, ultimately rewarding not just you but everyone you come in contact with. That’s why I coach and I look forward to coaching you!

In my decade long career with IBM, I was consistently a top-ranked salesperson and was awarded the prestigious Golden Circle Award every year.
Throughout my sales and corporate career, I grew increasingly interested in finding a way to help others learn the skills and practices that had led me to success. Additionally, my experience in training and development introduced me to a diverse group of executive leaders. After I saw the positive impact of my consulting, I expanded my coaching practice to include leadership development.
In 2005, I was certified by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) accredited IPEC coaching program, and have been coaching clients ever since.
I’ve been described as a quick-witted, big-hearted optimist, a cross between Cinderella and Xena the warrior princess—I’m a people person who thrives on empathy and connection, but I am also results-driven and competitive when necessary (and it is often necessary!)
